Day Twenty-Three: Moon

As you may have noticed, the March Photo-a-Day has been lacking lately. I would like to blame it on this 8 week studio course I'm taking, but it's a bit more than that.

It's been crazy busy in the Pellissier apartment. Bryan is in his busiest month--finishing pruning and spraying (organic stuff, of course). Yesterday, he was gone for work when I got up for class [7am] and came home at around 8pm. Yikes!

As for me, I am taking two classes. One is a business for photographers class, which has been extremely helpful in all the logistics that involve starting my own business and a quickly moving photo class. I have a lot of studio work to get done, hence the lack of photo-a-days.

I think this may be the last photo-a-day, but no worries because now I have the time to post all the other stuff Bryan and I have been up to =)

Day Thirteen: Sign

A little humor for today. I hate using gas station bathrooms [who does?] They are creepy and nasty beyond all belief. However, I walked into this gas station bathroom and to my surprise the owner had decorated it pink with cute lotions and pictures of Marilyn Monroe on the wall. Then I saw this half picture frame sign... so good.

Day Eleven: Someone You Talked To Today

I'm partially cheating on this one. I talked to a lot of people that day, but this guy trumps them all.

Day Ten: Loud

This may be because my love language is surprises, but I get overly giddy when I get little notes like this.
And on days where I feel under the weather with a lot on my plate, love is coming in loud and clear.
Love loudly.

Day Nine: Red

It feels like summer here in Davis!!! Eep! Bryan and I just finished a dinner picnic with friends and we are elated! Nothing gets us more excited than picnics, warm evenings, and wonderful friends. It just feels good for our souls.

Have an amazing weekend! Bryan and I are spending it outside as much as possible =)
And listening to hilarious music from our childhood.

Day Eight: Window

I'm going to admit, this picture is a cheat. I took it at our one year anniversary in Portland, but it's my favorite window picture. Brings back sweet memories. I love how you can see Mt. Hood in the background.

Day Seven: Something I Wore Today

Bryan: "Are those drumsticks? Like the kind you eat off a fried chicken?!"
Me: "No! They're cute little sparrows!"
[Silence]
Me: "Ok...they do look like drumsticks... maybe that's why it was only three bucks..."

Day Three: Neighborhood

Yup, we live in a town that celebrates Pig Day. I believe it's the only place where you can look at cute little piglets then buy a slab of bacon all in celebration of all things swine. The whole neighborhood comes out of the woodworks for it.
