Avenue of the Giants

In our first year of marriage, Bryan and I didn't know anyone in our community that were newlyweds. I remember feeling a bit alone at times wanting to talk to a fellow girlfriend about the same stage of life, but didn't know who to turn to. Fast forward to today where God has brought a crazy amount of community to that area of our life. On a weekly basis, we hang out with six other couples that are starting their lives off together just like Bryan and I. It feels pretty great. And for Memorial Day some of us [with our dogs] headed to Avenue of the Giants for adventure. Get ready for way too many pictures.

They might be my favorite couple. [Am I allowed to say that?] I blame it on the fact that they own the cutest Goldendoodle. 

I met Brendan and Amanda a few months ago and I thought they were so cool. The kind of cool that you're like, "they couldn't possibly be friends with dorky me!" Amanda is a dietitian and Brendan is in his last stretch of Vet school. Nonetheless they are friends with me and on top of all that asked me to be their photographer. I feel privileged to document what these two have. They are each other's sweethearts and I love their love.
