We like to think the "knot" from our wedding is more difficult to undo than this.

Day Six: Dinner

Photobucket

A special thanks to my friend Kelcie, who fed me this for lunch the other week. I've been craving it since then, so I made it tonight for my to-go dinner since I have class late at night.

Arugula, blueberries, almonds, gorgonzola, walnuts, olive oil, and lemon juice. Yum-oh!

Day Five: 10am

In case you want to see what challenges are coming up, you can check that out here!
I'll be posting one of my dinner late tonight after class =)

Day Four: Stranger

Photobucket

Posting the February Photo-a-day's from the weekend. The topic for this Saturday was strangers and these are a group of them that I wish I knew!

A bunch of us went to see HellaCappella, which is NorCal's A Cappella showcase hosted by UC Davis's own a cappella group, The Spokes [Seen above].

Check out some of the groups here, here, and here! They are stellar! I still can't believe they make all that noise with just their voices =)

Day One: My View Today

Photobucket

For the month of February I'm going to be trying to post a photo a day via the February Photo Challenge that you can check out here. Each day you are given a new subject [today's was "your view today"]. This is a slightly old picture. It was taken Friday, [I'm already cheating...this isn't a good sign. Ha!] but I just decided I wanted to do this at ten at night so alas, here is the view of my bathroom mirror right now.

Growing up, my parents would always leave cute notes for each other written on the mirror with a bar of soap. These days, Bryan and I just leave a dry erase marker by the mirror for such occasions. Sometimes parents teach you wonderful things that they probably didn't even mean to teach you--like how to love one another in simple ways. Thanks mom and dad.

**Even if all you have is a camera phone, join the photo challenge fun! It's a pretty stellar way to challenge yourself creatively. If not, then keep checking back here for daily updates =)
