our last day in this cozy place. i love this photo of Bryan among other photos of him peacefully asleep in the early hours of the morning. someday, I think I'll gather them into a series... but this photo will always be a sweet reminder of the times spent within these walls. 

And a reminder of how grateful I am for photography.

Jamaica on film

These days I shoot my personal work on film, but it sure makes me want to shoot all film when I'm up to my eyeballs in editing and these babies show up on my doorstep. 

I'm thinking in the next year, I'll offer a film wedding package because film is just too good. Digital's got nothing on it.

Also, when film messes up, it looks like this...

I sit writing this a 4am. I'm a wee bit excited about this one! 

Trying to find the perfect words to describe these two. Rather I keep coming back to one word.

They're day was full.

full in all the best kinds of ways where you feel like your heart will burst.

love

commitment

friendship

laughter

joy

But really, their day was just a reflection of them and who they are together.

These are the kind of souls they are.

Full of life, adventure, and generosity.

And by adventure, I mean they chose Jamaica. And if I've learned anything it's that Jamaica sure knows how to throw one hell of a party :)
